Do I Need a Medium Firm Mattress? 

You may be wondering if a medium firm mattress is best suited to you. Often this firmness of mattress is best suited for those people who find medium mattresses that bit too soft, and firm mattresses that little bit too hard.  Usually, a medium firm mattress has a very even, low conforming surface and very little or no sinking occurs when you lay upon it. Medium-firm mattresses are also often favoured by those people who sleep on their stomachs for the majority of the nights, as they provide the perfect level of support with a touch of softness.
